At NBCUniversal, he held senior leadership roles overseeing creative services and programming, guiding strategy to connect brands with audiences across two of the country's most competitive media markets, New York and Philadelphia.
With NBC Sports, he produced Olympic coverage on the sport's biggest stages, from Beijing to Paris to Milan-Cortina.
Through his production company, Beauline Media, he's produced creative and campaigns for marquee events, Super Bowls and nationally syndicated shows, partnering with NBC, the NFL, Coca-Cola, Bose, Swarovski and a range of charitable organizations, producing spots and messaging built to land.
Now, through Matt & Martin Media, he brings that lens to athletes ready to be seen beyond the scoreboard, developing them into confident, camera-ready brand builders. He knows exactly what brands are looking for, and what holds athletes back from getting it.

Terri is a network news, documentary, entertainment producer turned entrepreneur.
Nominated for multiple Emmy Awards and recipient of dozens of prestigious jounalism awards - Terri spent decades producing, writing and managing production teams at ABC Studios, NBC News, and other major entertainment media outlets.
Harnessing the power of social media platforms from the very beginning, Terri "The Producer" successfully rebranded herself as a fitness expert and media talent coach. Her rebrand soon led to a podcast and radio show co-hosting gigs. Brands continue to reach out to Terri for fitness collaborations.
A former athlete (track, tennis, basketball & softball) Terri is also a certified strength trainer and former bodybuilding competitor.
When time permits, Terri continues to produce long-form projects for network television, and remains a sought-after performance coach for executives, TV anchors/reporters, comedians, and actors looking to expand their skills and career horizons.

Renowned acting coach, actor and program director, Ken has been training professional actors in film, television, theater for over 30 years.
His clients can be seen in work on and off Broadway and in countless films and TV shows. They include Academy Award, Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild, Grammy, Obie, Tony, and Emmy Award nominees and winners.
Ken has taught, coached, directed, and developed programs for many well-known acting schools, universities, production companies, talent agencies, and casting offices, including NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Circle in the Square, Harlem School of the Arts, and MTV.
